Shipping Information

Expedited orders (Special Delivery & DHL Express) are processed within 1 working day before dispatch. We aim for all other orders (excluding framed prints) to be dispatched within 1-3 working days of your order. Cut off time for each day is 12:30pm.

Need a gift, pronto? Not a problem. Simply choose our Gift Card, the gift that just so happens to suit everyone. ​We’ll then email the code straight after checkout so its available to gift immediately.

Framed Prints

As framing is a bespoke process, we cannot guarantee framed delivery dates during this busy time. Please note framed prints can take 5+ working days from 4th January 2021. Orders made after 9th December for framed prints will be received after 25th December.

 Due to seasonal demand and COVID restrictions across delivery networks, delays are to be expected. If your order is time sensitive, please select Special Delivery/DHL shipping at checkout.

Delivery Addresses


We recommend customers to provide a secure delivery address and contact details, for example, your place of employment.

PO Box addresses (or similar) are not recommended. In most cases using a PO Box will cause delay to your order. A full street address is strongly advised. PO Boxes may be acceptable for some international addresses, but please check with Customer Service on hello@evermade.com before you order.

Remote Area Delivery


We are committed to providing customers with the best delivery service, which is why we are continuing to offer coverage to more parts of the world.
A surcharge is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.
