We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if you are not happy with your purchase once it has been delivered to you, and it is not faulty or damaged, you may return or exchange the goods within 28 days of receipt of goods.
The product you return must be unused and in the same condition that you initially received in the original packaging. You are responsible for the safe keeping of the goods and taking reasonable care of them until their return.
We do not accept liability for returned goods that have been damaged or lost during transit back to us. Please ensure therefore that you wrap and package the products thoroughly to avoid any damages.
Replacements or refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please notify us within 28 days of receipt of your order if you receive a faulty or damaged good(s).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase. Once processed, debit card/credit card refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is faulty or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customs and duty costs on returns from countries outside of the UK are the customer’s responsibility.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. When sending your item, we recommend you use a recorded method of postage.
