Rainbow of Hope

Introducing Evermade's newest Edition

Design ingenuity, a global roster of artists, and every colour on the Pantone wheel; Rainbow of Hope is our most colourful edition yet - and our most urgent. Here's the inside scoop on the idea behind our latest project, the visionary artists on board, and how you can join us in supporting our NHS.

This lockdown, we've seen households across the country grab paper, paints, pens - and a pot of glitter here or there - to create homemade rainbow drawings for our NHS. What began as a bid to uplift patients at London's Nightingale Hospital, became something even bigger. Soon homemade rainbows emerged on windows everywhere, a technicolour trail brightening key workers' commutes and saying a quiet 'thank you' to all health workers. We, for one, were inspired.

While our last Evermade edition, created in partnership with WWF, sought to secure the future of our planet, Rainbow of Hope is about supporting our NHS - the most important and most threatened service in Britain today. To do it, we're taking our design cue straight from the Rainbow Trail itself, creating a print range inspired by technicolour arc, with 100% of profits going straight to NHS Charities Together.

The members of NHS Charities Together give £1 million to the NHS every day. But under the COVID 19 pandemic, the charity is helping hospitals "in ways above and beyond what NHS funding can ordinarily provide."

So far, the charity's emergency grants have helped hospitals innumerably, providing: "somewhere comfortable for staff breaks, access to nutritious food and drink, and use of electronic-tablets so patients can stay in contact with loved ones." On top of that, they've helped provide "counselling to help frontline staff process what they are dealing with." Through Rainbow of Hope, we are proud to be part of the tangible differences NHS Charities Together is making in hospitals and care homes across the country.

To succeed in our colourful crusade, we needed a truly kaleidoscopic range, and our innovative collaborating artists delivered just that. From an exuberant doodles by Hattie Stewart, to cartoons from Super Freak, to a botanical bonanza from Sarah Gordon, Rainbow of Hope offers a veritable feast of design diversity - if we do say so ourselves. Pooling eye-popping aesthetics from the worlds of graphic design, illustration, lettering, and textiles, this edition has something for every taste.

Through these vibrant artworks, our aim is simple: stand in solidarity with our NHS. Now, you can stand with us. Every print in our Rainbow of Hope range is available for purchase below, and 100% of the profits go directly to NHS Charities Together. So dive into our new edition, and combat some lockdown dreariness with artwork full of joyful colour.
